Player/Team Complaints Process
Players or Teams wishing to lodge a complaint for any reason must try to resolve between the 2 Captains on match night. If the matter or complaint is unable to be resolved, next steps are to submit this form as step 1 of the complaints process.
Form to be submitted with all mandatory fields completed. Upon receiving the form, the BWDA President & Committee will investigate, discuss the complaint and provide a course of action for resolution.
